The “ghost box” to which Eric refers is a DIY device that generates white noise from an AM tuner. Or something. The gist is, similar to the movie, ghosts can manipulate that white noise into recognizable sounds, making the ghost box into a real-time communicator. It’s basically another way to snag EVP. I’ve never seen one of these used on a ghost hunting show, but who knows?
No doubt Daniel immediately thought of this video upon spying the Tesla Coil. (I believe these are technically Zeusaphones, but D’s no expert.)
