Remember Leona? Can’t say I blame you if you don’t; we haven’t seen her since December. It’s been even longer since we saw the CHL mailman, Dante. Oh, how time flies!
The fog of which Leona speaks hit Lake Michigan last Monday. I almost missed it myself, but seeing it off in the distance as I took a walk, I changed course to end up at Thorndale Beach, where I took pictures. My sister happened to be at Navy Pier and checked to see if see could see the lighthouse (nope) or hear the foghorn (nada). According to Wikipedia, its operation spans April to December…strange, no?

@Rob: I think that’s just a lens scratch. :/ it must have happened during that picture binge. and yes; if a ghost can toss a book, why can’t a ghost answer the door?
